Preventative Foods

Prevent colds by eating button mushrooms, salmon, sunflower seeds and yogurt.
Prevent stress by eating curry, shrimp, milk and red peppers
Prevent headaches by eating snapper, quinoa, black beans, cayenne pepper.
Pervent stomach problems by eating fennel, ginger, peppermint oil, yogurt and fiber.

Ideas for gathering friends

Hire a dance student for half the price and get some friends together to learn a new dance.
Spa treatments at home and have healthy foods and drinks with lemon, mint, parsley and whatever flavors you like.
Beer tasting party. Just bring boutique beers and sample them together to be aware of all kinds different beers on the market.
